Today. FeedPilot is free during early access, and nothing is charged. This policy applies from the day paid plans start.
Paying for a plan. A plan is paid in advance, for a month or for a year, by an Iranian bank card through an online payment gateway. It does not renew by itself: nothing is charged again without a new payment of yours.
Stopping. You can stop at any time. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and then your brand goes back to the free plan; nothing you made is deleted.
Within 7 days. If you ask within 7 days of a payment, it is refunded in full.
After 7 days. A monthly plan is not refunded for the month in progress. A yearly plan is refunded for its whole months still to come.
A payment that did not go through. If money left your card but the payment did not complete, your plan does not change, and your bank returns the money by itself, usually within 72 hours.
How to ask. Email hello@feedpilot.me with your brand's name and the payment's tracking code. A refund goes back to the card the payment came from, within 7 working days of our answer.
